Appointment Details:
Initial ND and acupuncture appointment – 90 minutes (Recommended for chronic health issues)
Initial ND or acupuncture appointments – 60 minutes (Recommended for people who already work with additional practitioners)
Follow up appointments or new patient acute visits – 30 minutes
During an initial visit, I will work with you to thoroughly review your health history including western medical evaluation and physical exam as well as energetic assessment. Please bring any copies of recent labwork that you may have. After our discussion, we will begin treatment time utilizing any of the array of tools that I may find appropriate to your needs. After the treatment time we will review an initial treatment plan to help you begin your journey with expectation of routine follow up appointments anywhere from weekly to annually.
Follow up appointments may include any number of tools utilized from lifestyle counseling to bodywork, and many other tools in between. I prefer to work with the spontaneity of what feels appropriate at the time but am open to patient preferences as well.
Availability:
Tuesdays 9am-5pm
Thursdays 2pm-6pm
Saturdays 9am-2pm
Home visits available upon request.
